Collaboration with a camera manufacturer! A case where clear images were successfully captured even with an oval tube.
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Resin Tube Capping System." The customer had several challenges and requests, such as "the ABL oval tube is prone to deformation during gripping" and "we want to use the touch panel for the basic camera inspection settings as a dual-purpose interface." To address the issue of easily deformable tube gripping, we adopted a soft chuck made of silicone material and enabled fine adjustment of gripping force by regulating the air chuck with a regulator.
